Wonderful family owned restaurant with a nice menu. The fried mozzarella appetizer is a must as well as the shrimp cocktail. The chicken piccata dish is the best I've ever had. Finish it off with a homemade dessert! ~ Shelley D'Amato
Great restaurant with a very friendly staff. The menu selections are good and all the dishes we have had were very good. Gary makes a great Caesar salad and his steak Diane is outstanding. ~ Wes Clauss
I was at one fifty for the first time on Saturday. We had the shrimp cocktail for an appetizer, it was very fresh and the cocktail sauce was spicy just the way I like it. I had the sirloin and it was tender and tasty. My girl had the flat iron steak with bourbon soy sauce and loved it. We don't usually get dessert but we had the red velvet cake and the chocolate mousse cake, both were excellent.
Our server, I can't remember her name, was what I call a "real" person. Anyone who has had a server with a phony personality will know what I mean.

I have been going to One Fifty Central since they opened. It is one of our favorite restaurants and hands down the best restaurant in the Bristol/Forestville area. I have never gotten a entrée that I didn't like. The service is outstanding. Tonight I had a shrimp and scallop pasta dish that was so delicious. I have never been more pleased, and couldn't believe the amount of scallops and shrimp for only 18.95. I highly recommend this restaurant if you like high quality food. This is your place. One Fifty Central, an American restaurant and bar located at 150 Central Street in Forestville, is owned by Bristol native Gary Santorso. The Santorso family is well known for operating The Silo restaurant in Farmington for 50 years. But, when Gary’s father passed, Gary and his mother, Mary, took on a new venture by opening up One Fifty Central in 2013. “My family has always been in the restaurant business. My mother Mary, now 87 years old, is still involved in the restaurant, and is a hostess three days a week,” stated Gary. “We make great food here. All of our dishes are made from scratch, and we serve fresh fish, steak, pasta, and more, but our best sellers are the lobster bisque and weekly changing risotto dish.” The food must be great at One Fifty Central because the popular eatery has won Best of Bristol Reader’s Poll for the past five years! One Fifty Central has special offers during the week, including a four-course pre-fixed meal for $20.18, and “happy hour” Monday through Friday at the bar from 3-6 p.m.
